You don’t have to have the app open in full-screen mode because Live Activities can show real-time information from several apps. Tracking sports scores, social media post progress, and other things are made possible with this function. Live Activities, however, can rapidly drain your battery over time. Disabling this feature is the best way to get the most battery life possible.

Instructions:

Navigate to the Settings app and find the apps that operate with Live Activities. Tap on them to remove “Live Activities” from the list of options.
